And with the new MailTips feature you will never regret sending an email! This new feature will instantly alert you if you are about to accidently reply to a large distribution list or are about to distribute confidential information outside of the company.

Business Contact Manager, only available in Microsoft Office Standard 2010 and Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, lets you manage your entire organisation's customer information within Outlook.
